Ingredients
1 cup - Boiled peas
2 cups - Fresh methi leaves
1 tsp - Garam Masala
2 tsp - Sugar
1/2 cup - Cream
1 tsp - Kauri methi
1 no - Green chilli
1 tsp - Garam masala
To Boil and Grind to smooth paste -
1/4 cup - Cashews
1 inch - Ginger
4 nos - Garlic
1 no - Green Chilli
1 - Red Onion (small)
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
1/2 cup - Yogurt ( Only to add while grinding)
Directions
Boil cashews, ginger, garlic, green chilli, cumin seeds and cubed onion with water that is info to immerse the content.
Continue cooking on low to medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes.
Once its cool grind this with yogurt to smooth paste.
Rinse and clean fenugreek leaves. Heat some ghee and saute for 5 to 7 minutes. Keep aside.
Heat some more ghee, add the ground paste along with garam masala, sugar and saute. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add cream, methi leaves and boiled peas and cook for another 6 to 7 minutes.
