Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 4 cups

  • Roasted gram (pottukadalai) flour - 2 cups (Grind and use sieve to remove the bigger particles)

  • Sago - 1/4 cup (roast on low flame and grind it to fine powder)

  • Butter - 2 tbsp

  • Sesame seeds - 3 tbsp

  • Salt

Directions

  1. Mix everything together and the consistency need to be tight.

  2. Pass it through the mould and fry it in hot oil.
