Vellai Panniyaram (வெள்ளை பணியாரம்)

Ingredients -
Raw Rice - 1 1/4 cups
Idli Rice - 1/4 cup
Urad dhal - 1/4 cup
salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
Directions -
Soak both rices and urad dal for 1 hour.
Grind the rice and dal to a smooth consistency by adding water little by little in mixie or grinder.
Before frying add needed salt.
Heat oil and pour one laddle of batter at a time.
Paniyaram will immediately rise. Give it a min and flip sides immediately. Fry for another 45 secs. Do not let it get crispy
Remove and serve hot with milagai chutney or thakkali thovaiyal
