Ingredients:
Sooji / Ravai - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cups
Flour - 1/4 cup
Yogurt - 1 tbsp
Water - 4 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1/2 tsp (finely chopped)
Green chillies - 1 (finely chopped)
Onion - 1/3 cup (finely chopped)
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Directions:
Mix ravai, rice flour, flour, yogurt, and 2 cups of water first without lumps. Add the remaining 2 cups and let it rest for 30 mins.
Add rest of the ingredients. Heat the tawa well.
Pour the batter to create a lacey dosai. Let it cook for 30 to 40 secs. Then add oil.
Let it brown and turn crispy.
