Ingredients

  • Idli rice - 1 cup

  • Parboiled rice - 1 cup

  • Urad dal - 1/2 cup

  • Channa dal - 2 tsp

  • Fenugreek - 1 tsp

  • Poha - 1/2 cup

Directions

  1. Soak rice and dal separately for 4 to 5 hours.

  2. Grind rice first until little coarse.

  3. Then add urad dal and poha.

  4. Grind until smooth.

  5. Add salt mix well and let it ferment well for 8 to 9 hours.

  6. Make dosas from the fermented batter.
