Ingredients
Idli rice - 1 cup
Parboiled rice - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Channa dal - 2 tsp
Fenugreek - 1 tsp
Poha - 1/2 cup
Directions
Soak rice and dal separately for 4 to 5 hours.
Grind rice first until little coarse.
Then add urad dal and poha.
Grind until smooth.
Add salt mix well and let it ferment well for 8 to 9 hours.
Make dosas from the fermented batter.
