Paan Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Whipping cream - 2 Cups

  • Whole milk - 1 cup

  • Sugar - 2/3 Cups

  • Cream cheese - 2 tsp

  • Cornflour Powder - 2 tbsp

  • Milk Powder - 2 tbsp

  • Rose Essence - ¼ tsp

  • PAAN FLAVOR -

    • Beetel leaves - 5 nos

    • Gulkand - 1/4 cup

    • Dates - 5 nos

    • Fennel Seeds - 1.5 tsp

    • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

    • Rose water - 1/2 tsp

Directions

  1. Dry ingredients first and then add wet ingredients except the essence.

  2. Bring it to boil. Add essence.

  3. Cool in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours.

  4. Make ice cream as per the ice cream maker instructions. Usually for about 20 mins.

  5. Transfer to airtight container and store the freezer for 6 to 8 hours.
