Paan Ice Cream

Ingredients
Whipping cream - 2 Cups
Whole milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2/3 Cups
Cream cheese - 2 tsp
Cornflour Powder - 2 tbsp
Milk Powder - 2 tbsp
Rose Essence - ¼ tsp
PAAN FLAVOR -
Beetel leaves - 5 nos
Gulkand - 1/4 cup
Dates - 5 nos
Fennel Seeds - 1.5 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Rose water - 1/2 tsp
Directions
Dry ingredients first and then add wet ingredients except the essence.
Bring it to boil. Add essence.
Cool in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours.
Make ice cream as per the ice cream maker instructions. Usually for about 20 mins.
Transfer to airtight container and store the freezer for 6 to 8 hours.
