Schezwan noodles

Ingredients
1/2 cup - Bell peppers
1/2 cup - Carrots
1/2 cup - Cabbage
1/2 cup - Beans
1 no - Onion (small sliced)
1 tsp - Soy sauce
1/4 cup - Spring onions
1 tsp - Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp - Schezwan sauce
250 gms - Cooked noodles (* I used Ying Yang brand from Indian stores)
Grinding Ingredients
15 nos - Kashmiri Chilli
1 tbsp - Vinegar
1/8 cup - Oil
Hot water
Preparation
Boil water along with vinegar and cook red chillies for 5 to 8 mins. Let it cool. Drain water and grind to smooth paste.
Heat oil add ground paste. Cook on med flame for 6 to 8 mins. Cool.
Heat oil on high flame. Add garlic, onions, and white part of spring onion.
Add the veggies and saute till they are 3/4 cooked.
Add salt, soy sauce, and schezwan paste and mix well.
Add cooked noodles. Toss well. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
