Thai Basil Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 cup - Cooked rice
1/2 block - Tofu (pressed and water removed)
1/4 cup - Bell Peppers
1 - Carrot (med)
4 to 5 - Beans
3 cloves - Garlic (minced)
3 stalk - Spring Onions (Whites and greens separated)
1/2 cup - Basil (chopped)
Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Veg Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar - 1 tsp
Rice Vinegar - 1 tsp
Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Sesame oil - 2 tbsp
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cook rice, cool it. Mix 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil to rice.
Mix soy sauce (3 tbsp), veg oyster sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic powder and lemon juice.
Press and drain tofu, cube them. Marinate the cubed tofu in the mixed sauce.
Heat oil in a wok. Add cubed tofu and saute till they get crisp. Keep aside.
Add garlic and white part of onions.
Add veggies and tofu, saute for 3 to 4 mins. Add the marinated sauce along with veggies.
Add rice, salt, pepper and sesame oil (1 tbsp). Mix well.
Add chopped basil and mix well. Cook for 1 to 2 mins.
Garnish with green parts of the spring onions.
