Tawa Pulav

Ingredients

  • Butter - 2 tbsp

  • Onion - 1 med (finely sliced)

  • Tomato - 4 nos (finely chopped)

  • Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp

  • Green Chilies - 2 nos

  • Bell Pepper - 1.5 cup

  • Boiled Potatoes - 2 (peeled and cubed)

  • Green Peas - 1 cup

  • Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 tbsp

  • Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)

  • Boiled Rice - 3 cups

Direction

  1. Melt butter in a heated tawa or kadai and add sliced onions. Saute till they turn transparent

  2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes

  3. Add bell pepper to it and saute them for 4 to 5 mins

  4. Add the chopped tomatoes, 1/2 of the coriander leaves, pav bhaji masala, salt, green chilies, mix everything well and cook until tomatoes turn soft

  5. Add 1/8 cup of water and mix well

  6. Add green peas, potatoes and mix well

  7. Add rice, coriander leaves and mix everything well. Serve hot.
