Ingredients
Butter - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1 med (finely sliced)
Tomato - 4 nos (finely chopped)
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chilies - 2 nos
Bell Pepper - 1.5 cup
Boiled Potatoes - 2 (peeled and cubed)
Green Peas - 1 cup
Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Boiled Rice - 3 cups
Direction
Melt butter in a heated tawa or kadai and add sliced onions. Saute till they turn transparent
Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes
Add bell pepper to it and saute them for 4 to 5 mins
Add the chopped tomatoes, 1/2 of the coriander leaves, pav bhaji masala, salt, green chilies, mix everything well and cook until tomatoes turn soft
Add 1/8 cup of water and mix well
Add green peas, potatoes and mix well
Add rice, coriander leaves and mix everything well. Serve hot.
