Paneer Tikka Masala

Ingredients
Marination Ingredients
200 gms - Paneer
1/2 cup - Bell peppers (cubed)
1/3 cup - Yogurt
1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Besan
1.5 tsp - Coriander powder
1 tsp - Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - Cumin powder
1/2 tsp - Chat masala
1/2 tsp - Black Salt
1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - Garam masala
Salt
Other Ingredients
6 nos - Tomatoes (grind to smooth paste)
1 tsp - Cumin
1 tbsp - Ginger garlic green chilli paste
1 no - Bay leaf
2 tsp - Coriander powder
1 tsp - Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - Garam masala
1 nos - Red chilli
Directions
Mix all the marination ingredients. Marinate cubed paneer and bell pepper for 1 to 2 hours.
Fry them individually on a tawa. (or can air fry the cubes too)
Heat oil, add cumin seeds and bay leaf. Let it splutter.
Add ginger garlic and green chilli paste. Saute till the raw smell goes.
Add ground tomato puree along with coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Let is cook on med flame for 10 mins. Oil will start to separate.
Add left over marinate mixture, cover and cook for 3 mins.
Add garam masala, cooked paneer, and bell peppers. Mix well.
Add needed water and cook on low flame for 5 mins.
